MODERN MEDICINE

A large part of this review must root in the fact that, if medical mistakes are not the #3 cause of death, an assertion questioned by many, they are certainly a substantial contributing cause or factor. I know a number of persons injured by medical mistakes and I'll bet that you do, too.

Of course, as a philosopher, and since my work makes prominent the notion of Actualization, I must point out that medical mistakes reduce simply to mistakes. One of the relevant questions, then, in exploring medical mistakes, simply concerns why human beings make mistakes of any kind.

Once in this territory, we may then be prepared to consider my notion of Actualization.
